Crowdsourcing helps rebuild Health.mil

Building new websites is something all agencies do eventually. But how do you make one that reaches 9.5 million college students, career professionals and retired senior citizens all at once? The Military Health System has redesigned its website with that goal in mind. It's really a portal with all sorts of tools: everything from eBenefits for service members and their families to a social media hub.
